Preoperative: hooding due to heavy upper lids, lower lid fat prominence and laxity. He underwent successful Bilateral Upper Lid Blepharoplasty and concurrent Bilateral Lower Lid Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty with (stabilizing) Lateral canthopexy. Postoperative: 10 weeks out from surgery in the second photo, well pleased with the outcome and natural appearance.

This patient had excision of left periocular Xanthelasma (cholesterol plaques), and the postoperative photo is 4 months following surgery and fully healed.
This patient had bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty with CO2 laser, and the postoperative photo is 3 weeks following surgery, where she still has some swelling. She is healing well and well pleased with her progress.
