Preoperative: hooding due to heavy upper lids, lower lid fat prominence and laxity. He underwent successful Bilateral Upper Lid Blepharoplasty and concurrent Bilateral Lower Lid Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty with (stabilizing) Lateral canthopexy. Postoperative: 10 weeks out from surgery in the second photo, well pleased with the outcome and natural appearance.
